Pictured from top to bottom are: Hotel Exterior, bar area with fireplace and vintage slot machines on far wall, game room and theatre with ping pong and pool tables, Main Lounge seating area and the dining room with scenic views of the lake outside. Back of each publicity photo has hand typed details of the view! Condition-Good to very good
Here is a great photo for Pennsylvania collectors! It pictures an early three story home with wide front porch along a dirt street. There are flowers everywhere on the porch (maybe they sell them?). Probably a two family home. Photo looks to be pre 1900. Photo itself measures 4" x 5". Back is handwritten "Jason's Family Home, Maine Street Bethlehem Penna.". Maybe the mean Main Street? Condition-Very Good
This is a nice old photo image! It is approx. 8" x 11". It pictures an ultra modern bar room area, with sleek chairs, wooden bar and old cash register in view. Rows of old back bar bottles, tumblers etc. line the shelves. A man at left is holding an old black 40's phone. The first dollar made is framed above the register! A neat old bar room vintage photo! Back of photograph is unmarked. Printed on typical 40's type photo stock. Condition-very good to excellent as shown
Here is a super 1936 photograph of the flood at Pamassus Pennsylvania! This is a nice old photo from a very small PA town! Although not a postcard, it is nearly postcard sized. The front shows a detailed view of the Penn. town of Pamassus, taken from atop a hill. Buildings, homes and a church with a cemetery are under water! Streets are barely visible as the water floods the area. Mountains are seen in the distance. A neat old REAL PHOTO disaster / flood view! Back of photo is blank, but is handwritten with important info about this original photographic image. Back reads "P.P. Church, High tide March 18 1936, taken from Mt. Vernon , Pamassus Pa., No lives lost this flood here". Condition is excellent and deatiled as shown. Any other lines or waves are from the scanner and not on the actual image.
Here is an interesting old snapshot! Someone back in 1922 has built a Pennsylvania Railroad pedal car! Several older girls are seen posing with a metal pedal car that is built in the shape of a steam locomotive. Has a bell, steam stack and markings that read P.R.R. Photo is approx. 2.5"x3.5". Back is handwritten and reads "1922".
