#452 Early New Orleans Levee 1908
This vintage LA postcard is a nice one! It pictures an uncommon early waterfront view of the Levee. Row after row of barrels are lined up, ready to load onto a steamship. Other freight sits ready to ship as well. A paddle wheel steam ship sits at the pier. The front of the card reads "Levee Scene New Orleans , LA". Back is divided and is postmarked "New Orleans LA Mar 31 1908". Condition is excellent as shown, with some cancellation marks on front. Any lines or waves are from the scanner and not on the actual image. Your item is shipped to you safely in a rigid mailer.
